Hotwire Hotel: Need Help identifying 3*

Very much would appreciate assistance identifying the above for 7/31/-8/7/13. 100% rating from Hotwire members; 2.5 Trip advisor. No amenities are listed.

Without any amenities it's difficult to begin to narrow down what this may be - I'd guess the Hotel Pennsylvania MAY be a possibility in this case, but I'd really stay clear of a hotel that gets a 2.5/5 rating from tripadvisor users.

Through some digging I believe this may be the Holiday Inn Express New York Manhattan West Side (48th St).

Thanks so much for looking into this. I'm sooo hesitant to purchase without knowing! I went as far as to ask the folks from HOTWIRE and all I got was that the customer reviews from Hotwire were 100% positive. I asked about the tripadvisor rating and the agent said that it is not provided by Hotwire, so I wonder if the 2.5 Tripadvisor rating is even legitimate. I'm going to hold off and see if anyone takes the plunge first! Again, many thanks!

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite(s) of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
