QBall Posted June 18, 2013 Report Share Posted June 18, 2013 I've attempted to find a hotel in Central Birmingham or Homewood/Oxmoor area for just one night. The prices have been higher than expected. I have booked a 2* in homewood previously (Quality Inn) for $48 plus tax/fees. I've also won a 3 star and 3 1/2 stars in Central Bham from $69 up to $76. Searching for this one day trip has been frustrating. Central Bham only has a 1* for $46-$49 and Homewood/Oxmoor has a 2* for $61-66. I opened my search a bit and won the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport for $44. Total with taxes and fees = $58.82. A little further out than I wanted to drive, but not horrible. Link to comment
