Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Times Square-Theater Dstrct) Crown Plaza

I just booked Crown Plaza Times Square 9/29-10-2 for $233/night. I'm thrilled....website rates were at least $350.

This was my first time using Hotwire and prefer it to Priceline. Using cross referencing (looking at hotels available in car + hotel packages), I was able to figure out the hotel being offered. (It was also listed as a customer favorite!).

Now I can cancel my reservation at the questionable Milford Plaza, which was costing me the same.

It's still listed as a 3.5* on Hotwire.

Just curious. They have since listed a 4* in the Times Square Theatre District with Restaurant(s), Fitness Center, Spa Services, High-Speed Internet Access, Business Center. What is your best guess on this? The Westin?

My sister booked it for $222...it was the Westin. Listed as a 4* on Hotwire. Rate is a little high, but NYC rates are crazy high right now!
