Need help identifying these two Hotwire Midtown Central hotels for 7/13-7/14

1. 3.5* $165 - Smoke-free, Fitness, Restaurant, High Speed Internet, 90% recommended

2. 3* - $157 - High Speed Internet - 85% recommended

For the 3.5* my best guess would be the Club Quarters Midtown.

For the 3* you can never be too confident with just one amenity showing, but the Ameritania Hotel has previously been seen with just this solo amenity so that would be my best guess here.
