Hotwire claims that that membership includes "Star Rating Upgrades" I'm using Hotwire quite extensively and I never had such a offer. Did one of you ever had a Star Rating Upgrade? Link to comment
thereuare Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 It would seem to me that this would only be a 'suggestion' such as "for only $xx more you can upgrade to a higher rated 'x star' hotel".I don't see how this could work in implementation otherwise since with HOTWIRE sometimes you want the lower rated hotel due to a specific amenity offered at that property (free breakfast, indoor pool, etc)... so i don't see how automatic upgrades would be a possible feature.We look forward to reading about, and helping with, more of your PRICELINE and HOTWIRE purchases.
