Our friends are using Starwood points to book either the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino OR the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino. We'd like to bid on Priceline or purchase on Hotwire into one of these hotels, if possible. What's strange is that when I search for San Juan area hotels for those dates using the HOTWIRE link on this site, there is a 3.5-star hotel for $107/night in the Condado area that has the following amenities:Near Beach Casino Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access But when I hover over the 'What hotel? Here's a hint...' hyperlink, it lists the following 3 hotels:Condado Lagoon Villas at Caribe HiltonSheraton Old San Juan Hotel & CasinoVerdanza HotelHow accurate is this hint list? Why would the Sheraton Old San Juan show up in the Condado area when it is in Old San Juan? Booking the Sheraton Old San Juan directly from the Starwood hotels reservation site will cost $148/night so we're looking to spend below that if possible.Thanks in advance!

Why would the Sheraton Old San Juan show up in the Condado area when it is in Old San Juan?You answered the question... it's not very accurate at all. :)Actually, most of the time the hotels shown are in the zone and at the star rating of the hotel offered, but it is NOT indicative of one of the hotels that you will receive.
