Best guess for the Water Tower property would be the Ivy Boutique Hotel.

For the Loop hotel do you also see a 'Travel Accessible' amenity associated with this listing? If so, best guess here would be the Blackstone Renaissance.

I'd go with the potential Ivy of the two - great location, newish property and a few bucks less.
