At the moment I think your budget is too low for a 3* hotel in one of these zones for these dates. Nonetheless we can suggest a strategy for you to try, but before proceeding, note that at the 3.5* level and under in the CPS zone is the Hudson Hotel which while well located, has notoriously small rooms (even by NYC standards), would this be acceptable for a week long stay?

Huh...

I'm 1.96m tall. I bet Hudson Hotel is not for me. So, CPS zone isn't a good idea. Thanks. Waiting for the bid strategy without CPS.

This is traditionally an expensive period, but persistence does pay off at times when bidding. I'd keep trying every few weeks up to your max budget in the hopes that inventory opens up.
