I was able to get a great deal on airfare for the whole family (cheaper than going to the Cape for summer vacation!) so I lucked out with Better Bidding again and got a great deal on 2 rooms. Now lets hope they can accommodate adjoining rooms for the stay.

1st bid:

San Juan, $75, bid was NOT ACCEPTED but asked me to raise my bid to $97

I didn't read the detail, but I think I will have to pay the resort fee once we are there, can you confirm that?

If you haven't yet, i'd call the hotel and make a request for adjoining rooms now so hopefully they will at least put a note on the reservation as this would at least improve your chances. You can also call again about 3 days before check-in and ask again (or ask if they can confirm adjoining rooms at that time)
