Hotwire Hotel: 4* Punta Cana Vista Sol Punta Cana

I found a great deal at Hotwire for november. Price is US$ 67, all inclusive.

But this hotel can not be considerated a 4 stars hotel!!!!

I complained with hotwire, but they can not cancel the reservation.
