Hotwire Hotel: 3* Boston (Brookline - Newton - Harvard) Crowne Plaza

First time user.

Bid on Brookline/Newton area.

Ended up with a hotel over the highway by NO TRANSPORTATION except buses to transfers etc.

First time to Boston, will never use HOTWIRE again.

I feel this CROWNE PLAZA hotel is misrepresented. It is not in any area you would want to stay while visiting boston.

It is NOT A GOOD DEAL PRICE while trying to go to Fenway and to Boston Downtown.

I could have been in the theatre district for 30 more a night.

Now I am at NEWTON CROWNE PLAZA because I thought I would be in BROOKLINE.

Now I have to spend the savings on cabs and I am above the highway where you can't sleep and it is noisy.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with the results.

While i understand that this isn't want you wanted or expected, the hotel is located within the boundaries of the zone, which is what you agreed to. HOTWIRE doesn't know if your plans are to be a tourist and need mass transit or if you're there are business and need to drive to meetings, in which case a hotel near the highway would be ideal.
