This one had a fitness center, business center and restaurant, 4 stars in the Soho/Tribeca area and was $156.00.

I booked for three nights starting Monday 9/8 and ending 9/11 and it was $156 each plus aggregate of $75.95 for taxes/fees.

This wasn't there last night when I booked the other hotel for $133. Cheers.

Thanks for the post, GreenMenace. I was assuming this 4-star was the Tribeca Grand, but I wasn't positive. This property is really hard to get on Priceline, so it's worth a few extra bucks on Hotwire.
