brianc_li Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Having tried for the more central zones (Mayfair, Westminster, Bloomsbury, London Bridge) and got nothing, even after going as high as $100. I dropped to $61 and chose this zone, knowing I would most likely end up here or the Marriott Swiss Cottage.Very surprised that it was accepted first bid. Could perhaps have gone in a bit lower but I doubt it would have been much better than this. All in all, very happy with this win.Don't know why the subject is coming upo showing 5*. As far as I am aware this is a 4* property. Certainly that is what I bid on.

vanpoodle Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Hey, it's not the newest property, but I've won it twice and was quite happy with it, especially at that price. Close to the tube (kilburn Park, Bakerloo line) and a bus alost at the front door that goes to Oxford Street. You've done well!
