Priceline Hotel: looking for advise, NYC 12/09/05 2 nights

any suggestion for a 3 or 4 star hotel in NYC that weekend.

Prices seem a little high on the regular wesites, in the manner of 500CDN / night!!!!

What price range are you considering? (ie- how high are you willing to go?)

Is staying outside of the city an option?

I would rather keep it in the city,

it is my wife and sister and I don't want them to have to worry about getting out the city late at night, I would like to keep it, if possibly under 200USD/night

Current prices suggest very little chance of having success at $200 or less... do you have any plan for what you will do if not successful at this level?

You may want to consider the Envoy Club thru QUIKBOOK for $239/nite. Seems to get very mixed reviews but it's the most reasonable i can currently find... and given it's a "Pay When You Stay" rate you can cancel without penalty if you find something better as your travel date gets closer.

Well the plan is, they don't go :)

Its not looking that that woudl be the weekend to sen them, I will check all the links form your site and see if I stumble, but it was just planned as a weekend away with the girls, it would probably be cheaper just to send them to a spa for the weekend !
