Hotwire Hotel: 3* Oakland - Eastbay (Walnut Creek - Concord) Hyatt House Pleasant Hill

I used the HOTWIRE link on the site to find this hotel for this weekend. I'm wondering if it is the Embassy Suites, Walnut Creek. It's listed at $89 (the price went up since I posted this) with the following amenities:

3-star Hotel in Walnut Creek - Concord - Lafayette

Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Pet friendly, Suite, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s)

Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access

I think it might be the Embassy Suites since it lists Suite as an amenity, but it says all rooms are non-smoking, and that doesn't seem to fit.

There also is a 3.5 star hotel in the same area with the following for $73:

Free Parking, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby,

Accessible for the blind, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower

Would love to get the Embassy Suites. Any help will be appreciated.

Best guess for the 3* would be the Hyatt House Pleasant Hill while my guess for the 3.5* would be the Crowne Plaza Concord.

You were correct, the 3 star choice was the Hyatt House Pleasant Hill, I chose it because of its location. The rate of $89 was $40 cheaper than the best rate I found elsewhere online. Thanks so much.
