Was trying for any 4* or higher property in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Jersey City/Hoboken. The Marriot at the Brooklyn Bridge works, as I already have family (who made a successful Priceline bid) staying there during the dates of my stay.

Started with a 4* bid at $138 for Jersey City --rejected

Added Chelsea and upped bid to $143 --rejected

Added Soho-Tribeca and upped bid to $147 --rejected

Added Brooklyn and upped bid to $154 --accepted
