Hotwire Hotel: 3* Orlando-DTD/LBV hotel ID

I have been trying to identify this hotel, and hoping it's not the Clarion Inn. Anyone have any ideas?

I searched for 1 adult 3 children, June 1-6

Shows $39 ($130 at other sites)

Here are amenities, and a big clue may be the absence of a resort fee? And since it allows pets, I do not think it is a Hilton brand hotel.

I'm sorry to say that a 3* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But a guess would be Clarion Inn or Orlado Vista.

Well, if there is ANY chance of the Orlando Vista, I will pass. That place looks absolutely disgusting. How it maintains a 3* rating is beyond me. I might just try PRICELINE and bid 4* + just hate the probable resort fees.
