Priceline Hotel: Looking for Hotel in Chicago Downtown

I m looking for two rooms in Chicago downtown for a trip 06/01 and 06/02. Is there any hotel that allow me to check in morning because i will be reaching Chicago 06/01 morning.

What will be the better price to bid in priceline.

Which zone/s would be acceptable and what would be your desired budget per night/star rating? You can ask regarding early check-in, but the hotel cansay no (and very well may, especially if it's a busy day downtown.) They should, however, be able to hold bags until check-in.
