My guess for the 4* would be the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort and Spa.

For the 3* i'm not able to narrow the field as much but the Best Western Plus Palm Desert, Embassy Suites Palm Desert, Residence Inn Palm Desert, Homewood Suites Palm Desert, or Homewood Suites La Quinta would all be among the possible candidates.
