I'd say the Red Roof Inn Southpoint would be a guess, but this could certainly a different property (there are a number of comparable properties in the area, and there is no tripadvisor rating showing on this listing.)Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

WinningBidder Posted May 22, 2013 Author Report Posted May 22, 2013 Express Deal: Got the Extended Stay America - Jacksonville - Deerwood ParkShowed the following Guaranteed Amenities: Free BreakfastFree InternetIndoor or Outdoor PoolPets AllowedFitness CenterGuest Rating: 7.0An interesting thing I noticed: Before I purchased Priceline had this statement in the Review Important Information: "Pets Policy: Pets are welcome guests at America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each guest room. A 25USD per day, per pet nonrefundable cleaning fee, not to exceed 150USD per pet, will be charged the first night of your stay. Restrictions may apply"All the Extended Stay America hotels in Jacksonville allow pets and use this policy, plus it said "at America" so I had a pretty good idea that I would most likely be getting one of the Extended Stay America hotels (which is exactly what I wanted =).
