Started my search using the PRICELINE link provided by betterbidding.

First bid was $40 on Scottsdale for a 3.5*, got rejected and asked for an increase of $20 to get a winning bid.

Instead I added a free bid zone with $5 increments (apache, east mesa and happy valley) and won it at $55.

I hope they dont charge a resort fee...

Very good deal for this property! Unfortunately, as with many properties in this area, I believe this one does charge a resort fee.
