Tried bidding $ 60 per room with only Downtown selected and was rejected unless I wanted to increase bid by $ 17. Added Airport area (as they do not have a 4*) and increased bid to $65. Was accepted! Thanks again for this board -- it's been so helpful on a number of occasions.
