Surprised I won the bid on the 1st try. Priceline listed it for $109 night.

I've previously stayed here and loved the close proximity to Oregon State Univ. campus (5-8 mins), Trader's Joe, etc. Complimentary full hot breakfast, free internet in room, and free parking. The hotel is NE of the campus and borders on 9th street which is where a lot of the stores are located.
