My offer of $12 for Mid-size was accepted on the first try. The total cost for this 2-day rental is $52.62.

The Priceline open site lists Budget Mid-size at $17/day with a total of $63. Hotwire has a mid-size deal of $15/day with a total of $58.34.

Looks like a great price on SEA. I am a regular visitor to this site but have never bid on cars. I am looking for a rental in Seattle in 2 week and am seeing prices 2-4 times hire even on HOTWIRE. Am I doing something wrong or is just a bad time of year. The dates I am looking for are July 16-18th. I am open to any kind of car. I am just trying to avoid having to use rent a wreck in SEA. Any input would be appreciated.
