Priceline Hotel: Help Needed

I am unfamiliar with the Cincinnati area and need bidding help. We would like a 3 * hotel as close to the Paul Brown stadium as possible. However, I will look at other close areas because we will have a rental car. I would like to start bidding at $125 if possible.

If you go to MAPS and HOTELS.com and enter the name of the stadium in the address bar you'll see the location and then be able to compare to the PRICELINE zone to confirm which zone(s) are closest (it appears that the stadium is located in the 'Downtown' zone with the Riverfront-Covington zone being across the river.

Is there a large event taking place at the stadium as rates seem fairly high and availability somewhat low.
