I was surprised that it was the Hyatt, as its normal price was only $182, and it was posted as being a regular price of $269. I complained to Hotwire, but they just told me that the original price is based on the average of hotels of that rating in the area. Not much savings, nor is it a great hotel. :(

Sorry to hear you're disappointed with the results and that the savings aren't as much as you would have liked. Feel free to ask the board for help before your next opaque purchase and we'll try to assist in hopes of a better outcome that is more inline with your expectations.
