My budget started out at 115 but I see even $121 wont buy me the room I am looking for. Any advice?? I would prefer the financial district fishermans wharf japan town civic center north union square east union square west areas and would like to stay in the 3.5* range I don't know if that is realistic with a max budget of $120 a night.
