Done. And a correction. Rate quoted was $100. I was reading the price converted to CAD previously.

I don't think this is the Monaco.

My guess would be that this is a new amenity set for Loews or Park Hyatt.

Turned out to be the Radisson Plaza-Warwick. I'm there for a convention at the Marriott (where the organizers negotiated a very good rate, but this stands to save me $50 a night), so the Loews would've been ideally located, but I think I'll be happy with this outcome.
