Hotwire Hotel: help with 3.5* Brussels

I would like to identify an hotel in Brussels for one night stay.

don't see any 3.5* in Brussels Central Area (Grand Place)

hotwire 3.5* for 93$ USD

on the hotwire hotel list thread, 3.5 star gives Hilton Brussels or Eurostar but Hilton is listed as a 4* on Hotwire.

i am making my mind on a 3* property in Grand Place, Brussels

hotwire shows no amenities

for dates june 11 to 12th

4.5 /5 rating on Tripadvisor

3*

while i am not totally sure, 4.5 /5 of rating are hotels that are top 50 in Brussels.
