Greetings, Using the HOTWIRE link to begin my search I found the following hotel:

4-Star Waikiki beach September 3-10 $160

Additionally, there is a Resort charge of $30. The part I find most interesting is the "Oceanfront" amenity. Does being across the street count as "Oceanfront"? If not, I think there is only one property that might qualify. Any assistance you could provide would be awesome.

Using the HOTWIRE link, I re-did the search. I see what you mean. If I adjust the dates to Sep 4-10 then it reappears.

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, I haven't heard great things about how opaque customers are treated (nothing like a 4th floor room staring at the EWA tower). I was hoping that it was a strange new amenity list for the Sheraton (since it's TECHNICALLY on a bulkhead & the Hyatt's resort fee is only $25). In the absence of a PRICELINE biding strategy (or at least for A LOT less to make up for the possible resort fee) I may have to make a different choice. Nevertheless, I'm going to give it some thought & if I end up booking it or something else, I will be sure to use the HOTWIRE links for my purchases & searches. Thank you to everyone on this board.
