Was wondering if someone could help me ID this hotel? This specific area description was not on the hotel list so I thought I might ask for help. I am looking to go to Chicago for memorial day weekend 5/24-5/27 and would be welcome to any suggestions or advice.

I decided not to risk it with the unidentified 4.5* and was able to locate another that I likely identified as the Intercontinental instead. I was right!

I just booked the InterContinental Chicago for $142/night from Saturday 5/25 through Monday 5/27.

I'd also agree the Fairmont would have been a definite possibility for the 4.5 Millennium Park.

The Intercontinental is a well-located property with a fascinating history (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/InterContinental_Chicago) and a gorgeous, very historic pool.
