Hotwire Hotel: Two Real Beds in NYC

I'm looking for a hotel in NYC between 10-14 June 2013 for my family of four. We need two beds; ideally they will both be real (not fold out.) I've found the following options and am wondering if you can offer some insights on these properties and which might be better about providing two real beds.
