Dilbert
Here're the details of the deal.Quick Summary- Bad check-in queue. OK it's around noon (official check-in time was 3pm). There was only 1 agent, which eventually got up to 3 when the queue got up to 20+. The agent was quite happy to tell the queue that we were almost 'wrong' to check in that early. Not that the check-out queue was that much better anyway.- Lots of hidden charges - $3 per night for an energy surcharge and a $1 per night local phone charge. Given the price I'd the room for, it's OK, but it's the principle of the thing. I stayed at Bally's just before I moved, no hidden charges there. (By 'hidden', I mean the charges weren't mentioned in the Priceline deal, but signs were displayed about it inside the hotel. At the end, I didn't have time to argue about them when I checked out.- OK room, with a great view of the Stratosphere.- Cheap food (even by Vegas standard).- Good hotel for families. Will I stay there again? Probably not. I'll pay a little more and stay further south, where the location is better and hotels are better. Link to comment
