There isn't a lot of selection in south Portland so the 3* are expensive

only one 3.5* which was sitting on Express Buy for $83 less 5% (coupon)

started bidding at $50, worked up to $64 in $2 increments

started again in Southwater front and added Lake Oswego in second, continued until $70 and then went up in $1 increments (heading to $75)

Success at $72, website and Priceline $128, express buy $83 (less 5%)

Have stayed at this property before, it is a good hotel.
