Tried $95 first with this zone included, then added zones to win, finally, at $110.

Just a note for people trying to use their Kimpton In-touch rewards number to receive Kimpton perks, you will not receive such perks at this hotel if you book using Priceline. (I'm not talking about points toward reward stays, but just the basic Kimpton perks such as free wi-fi, room preferences, etc.)
