Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Toronto (Downtown North) Delta Chelsea

I saw that Priceline had a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for a 3.5* hotel in downtown north for $73/night. Tried $55 with no luck, then tried $60 unsuccessfully, but got then got the Delta Chelsea for $65.

I've stayed there a couple of times before, so I know I'll be getting a good deal for my money.
