thereuare Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 Welcome to BetterBidding! We are looking for 2 single quite, clean room with convenient loation(subway nearby). Please clarify, do you need two beds in a room OR are you looking for two rooms with at least one bed each?...two day shopping in woodberry outlets. Are you going to commute back-and-forth each day?I would like to bid room witin 80USD per day per room in priceline. This is not that much of a budget for a NYC hotel room but we will look to see what is possible... what is the minimum star rating you're willing to accept? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. thereuare Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 for question 2, does it take time to commute back and forth each day? I don't have idea and plan here. do you have any suggestion? It's at least one hour each way if driving by car. If taking mass transit i think there is bus service from the Port Authority or train service will get you close and then there is a shuttle from the train station to the mall. So figure at least an hour no matter which method you choose, and more if taking mass transit. If all you will do for these two days is shop and don't need to be in Manhattan, i would consider staying outside of NYC for one/two nites as it will be cheaper, you'll spend less time commuting (although you would likely need to rent a car if not driving to the area upon arrival), and you'll have more time to shop.Note that this area has a large orthodox community, so the mall is busiest on Sunday and i would avoid this day if you're trying to avoid the crowds and make the most of your time shopping.for question 3, the minimun is 3 star..I like quiet room and clean room for good sleep, near subway.Let us know your thoughts on the above first since it's possible that you won't be staying all 3 nites in the city. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board.
