Checked last week and was not having any luck finding 3-4 star hotels for this date under $100.

This week I noticed that PRICELINE express deal and HOTWIRE had a 3 star hotel for $53 and $58 respectively. So my attempt was truly to

So I tried this:

4 star.....loop/mill...$45

4 star.....michigan/river north...$50

3 1/2......$45 loop

3 1/2......$47 michigan

3 star..... $45 (never came back with response/was hung up in check your status zone)

3 star..... $47 WINNER

Used PRICELINE for bid and rebid. I'm good!
