I am staying in San Francisco from 13th to 15th Nov (2 Nights)

We have 5 people and we need 2 rooms.

I chose the "Japantown Civic Center North area hotel"

We don't know if we need a car in San Francisco, so we want somewhere close to the cable car.

Is this a good area?

Please do suggest other areas if you know San Francisco very well!

(but don't be too expensive, looking for somewhere max. $200/night)

Best guess for the 3.5* property would be the Handlery Union Square.

I'm unable to research the 4* at the moment but if you want to reply to this thread later i'll try to have another look at it.
