I can't help you with this but may I ask you a question? $252 is a nightly rate or for the all stay? Sorry, I am newbie, have no clue about the prices and looking for approximate the same dates, actually May 22-26.

I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But my guess would be Holiday Inn St. Germain or Holiday Inn Notre Dame.
