Traveling to Chicago with my two college-aged kids May 11-14. When using Hotwire I see a 3* Mag Mile/River North hotel that has 90% Hotwire recommended and 4.0 Trip Advisor rating. Amenities listed are:

I'm not sure how many guests you have serched for. But I did a search for both 2 and 3 adults and got the same HOTWIRE listing.

Best guess would be Holiday Inn Mart Plaza
