This fits the old description for the Ambassador East, now the Public, which has been reclassified as 4*. I will pass.

Decided to book a hotel outside of Hotwire, as none of the listings seemed to be that great of a value for the days I was staying.    Public for $209 didn't seem that great compared to what I could pay directly to a hotel (refundable) which was rated higher.
