Rejected, but offered guaranteed win if i increased my bid to $94. I declined.Went back to bidding - added South Side, placed second bid at $79. Rejected again. Added University, upped bid to $86, got the Omni William Penn.Very pleased - have always had a great experience at this property, which is very conveniently located to Consol Energy Center (hockey!). Not sure how it still has vacancy with a playoff game on Friday night and the marathon this weekend as well! Glad to get in at such a classy property at a reasonable price - $106.28 total!
