Priceline Hotel: 4.5* Miami (South Beach - Central) Mondrian, a Morgans Hotel

A nice win in South Beach! Mondrian is now 4.5*. I think that Priceline is more actively pushing 4.5 and 5 stars in the Miami area, so we will probably see many more of these hotels uprated.

• As always, used Bididng.Helper.com to look and book.
  
• Bid Downtown+ all the South Beach and Miami Beach zones 4.5*.
  
• Began bidding @ $100 and rebid in incrments of $5. Ton of rebid zones at this level, so could afford to start low.
  
• Bid accepted @ $165 with no counteroffers.
  

• Backup res at Casa Moderna downtown @ $239.
  
• Lowest retail at Mondrian was $305.
  

All in all pretty pleased!
