bandorap77 Posted April 29, 2013 Report Posted April 29, 2013 I noticed that the Old Montreal-Convention Centre is not listing on the Hotwire hotel list for Montreal in the new layout. Wondering if you could provide me help with the following. I used HOTWIRE using the link provided on this site for dates May 17-20 and have gotten the following:4* - $120/night - Free Internet, Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access . In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower Also showing is 4.5* - $157/night - Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Fitness Centre, Pool(s), Restaurants(s), Business Center, HS Internet, Accessible for blind/deaf, Accessible path of travel, Accessible bathroom, Handicap parking, Roll-in ShowerCan I please get advise as to what hotels these may be in this area? Thank you!
thereuare Posted April 29, 2013 Report Posted April 29, 2013 Welcome (officially?) to BetterBidding! For the 4.5* property is there also a 'Room Accessible' amenity that is not included i your list above? Please confirm and we'll have a look at both properties. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. bandorap77 Posted April 30, 2013 Author Report Posted April 30, 2013 Yes the 4.5 star lists "in room accessibility"Prices have now changed a bit for the 4* ( I re-searched using the link provided above):4* for Old Montreal- Convention Centre is now $131/night, same amenities.
thereuare Posted April 30, 2013 Report Posted April 30, 2013 Best guess for the 4* would be a new amenity set for the Le Westin while my guess for the 4.5* would be a new amenity set for the InterContinental. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
