Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Montreal (Convention Center - Old Montreal - Latin Quarter) Hyatt Regency Montreal

I was looking for a hotel in Montreal for the weekend. I started with the betterbidding PRICELINE link. My first hotel option was 4* in downtown. I started at $55 and incrementally went up to $100 using $3 intervals with rebid zones. Was not accepted.

My next shot was the trying to get the Hyatt as others have posted at 3.5*. Started with the convection centre area, added downtown as a second area, then sequentially added the 5 other rebid zones. Worked from $55 - 90. Was asked to rebid for $112. Went up $1 at a time till won at $100. The Hyatt. I think that this was a busy time in the city. We got it for $10 less than the price line express deal.

Happy with win. Hoping for $20 less but still got a hotel.
