The 3* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess it MAY be a downgraded Courtyard Tremont with a new amenity set. The listing gets a mixed 3/5 tripadvisor rating.

To confirm, is the other listing 4* in the same zone?

If the 4* is also in the Boston Common zone the Revere Hotel Boston Common would be my best guess for this one.

Yes, same zone.

I also thought Revere but I noticed you now have Revere on your Hotwire list under 3 stars not 4... Error?

I also know that Marriot Courtyard doenst give free internet so I thought that was strange to appear on the list but I will see which one we decide to book and follow up.

Hmmm... historically this has only been reported to the board as a 4* so i'm not sure how or when it was changed to 3* in the hotel list, but as i believe 4* is correct, i have updated the Hotwire Hotel List accordingly.
