I used the PRICELINE link, and started the bidding at $70 for 4* 5/6-5/8. PL offered to try again instantly if I offered $83, so I knew I was close. I used re-bid zones (Inner-Harbor is the only zone with 4* out of the 10 Baltimore zones) and was successful at $75/night + tax etc. Hotwire had a 4* for $121/night, PL's Express Deal for 4* was $134/night, and the Renaissance Harborplace regular listed price on PL was $259/night.
