Hotwire Hotel: Help ID a Pet Friendly 4* Hotels in the Magnificent Mile Area

I used this forum to book a room for my girlfriend and I last week. I'm now using it to book another room for a friend of mine. My friends need to have a pet friendly hotel, hopefully one that doesn't charge an extra fee like the $50 non-refundable fee the Palmer House charges. I could not identify this hotel on the forum's Hotwire Hotel List:

Magnificent Mile Area - River North area hotel - $112 / night

90% HW Customer Recommended

Amenities:

Pet friendly

Indoor pool(s)

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

High-Speed Internet Access

My guess would be a new amenity set for the Sheraton. Unfortunately, I think most properties are going to charge a fee for a pet stay.
