Skylark123 Posted April 23, 2013 Report Posted April 23, 2013 I would like to book a stay at my favorite hotel, Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach. Trying to save on my next vacation, esp hard when you are vacationing alone, not by choice. I noticed the better bidding designation area number refers to a different location on Miami Beach than the one listed on Priceline. I know for a fact that the hotel is located on Collins Avenue Oceanfront. Can someone help me? Thanks! Skylark123
yellowdog Posted April 23, 2013 Report Posted April 23, 2013 Welcome to BetterBidding! You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE You have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) you select. And we haven't seen Eden Roc reported as a HOTWIRE hotel yet.I noticed the better bidding designation area number refers to a different location on Miami Beach than the one listed on Priceline.I belive you're looking at the retail side of PRICELINE, all our reported hotels is divided in the same zones as the bidding (NYOP) side. And I would like to add that you shouldnt look and compare at the retail side since they use a diffrent universe of hotels and the zones are diffrent than the bidding side.Let us know how we can help you further with your stayPlease use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.
